DANCE AGAIN!

In this post I will let you know how do I return to gym with dance classes after taking a long break.

On the 15th of October I go to Copenhagen to meet my long time fitness role model Cecilia Gustafsson. 16th&17th of October I take part in AFRO POWER DANCE Training with Cecilia and together with Ralfs we present the class on the Reebok event in Kaunas.

Massage, soft stretching and holding the body close is combined with a continous flowing motion in the water. The practitioner looks for local tensions to be released and in what way they are connected in a bigger picture. E-teens

So it is already a week I am coaching the new pop musicians E-teens. If you have ever heard about ABBA and their tribute group A teens, the same story goes here in Latvia. E teens is a tribute to popular 80's pop group Eolika.

Their producer searched for a way to knock them down and we came out with a solution- training them! Every day they have 2hours dance class with a choreographer, plus workout with me. I vary with strength and endurance training or flexibility and deep muscle toning.
