As my evaluation video is sent, I decided not to wait for the next, 50th release which starts on the second week of September. Today I'm learning new moves from release 48th and gonna make happy those who come to my class today.

Massage, soft stretching and holding the body close is combined with a continous flowing motion in the water. The practitioner looks for local tensions to be released and in what way they are connected in a bigger picture. The motion and the handling helps the client to relax to a point where s/he is able to get in touch with tensions which s/he wasn´t aware of before. Becoming aware of cronic tensions is getting in touch with the very source of the holding pattern. This is an experience which goes beyond the physical sensation of relaxation. read and find out more
