Mon, 10/05 Gym chest workout 4 exercises, 4x14reps; abs

Tue, 11/05 Short run warm-up 15min in the park, push-ups at home feet on bench 30x5reps + abs

challenge- running in park just next to confenctionery - smells like hot biscuit!!!
